The Eska Chronographe Racing Midnight is a more radical and contrasting proposition in the Racing collection. While the Azur and Sunset versions played on color and light, this new variation adopts a sportier, almost instrumental approach, dominated by a deep black dial enhanced with red accents, directly inspired by motorsport codes.
The dial is the central element of this new variation. Made in black, it is stamped with a guilloché pattern, creating a subtle play of relief that catches the light and provides true visual depth. This surface treatment, both discreet and technical, enhances the perceived quality of the watch while maintaining perfect readability.
The central chronograph hand, now entirely red, acts as a strong visual marker, while the sub-dial hands echo this hue to create immediate graphic coherence. The peripheral railway track, also highlighted in red, energizes the entire dial and enhances reading precision.
The dial also incorporates two emblematic scales of traditional chronographs. The tachymeter scale allows for calculating average speed over a given distance, while the telemeter scale, historically used to measure the distance of a visible and audible event such as a thunderstorm, reinforces the instrumental dimension of the model. These two functions, both technical and aesthetic, place the Chronographe Racing Midnight in the continuity of 20th-century utility chronographs.

By using the robust and proven Peacock SL4617 automatic caliber (identical architecture to the Valjoux 7750), we can offer you the queen complication of watchmaking - a mechanical chronograph - without compromising on reliability, while keeping Eska accessible to all enthusiasts.
With a diameter of 41mm and a thickness of 12.8mm excluding the glass (14.9mm including the glass), this new Racing chronograph opens a new season of Eska timepieces, lighter, sportier and less energy-intensive, resolutely designed and developed for the greatest pleasure of all.

A unique fund
The Light collection is inspired by sunrises and sunsets over the Lyon skyline, known as the City of Lights, the hometown of its creators Christophe and Sinicha.
This silhouette drawn on the horizon by the skyscrapers is therefore engraved on the back of each watch.
